Add 2 teaspoons per cup, add boiling water and let steep for 15 minutes. Ingredients: Raspberry, raspberry leaf, heather flower, milk thistle flower.

Use 2 tsp per cup, pour boiling water and let steep for 15 minutes. Enjoy warm or chilled. You can sweeten the warm drink with honey or sugar if you wish. You can try mixing mineral water or sparkling wine into the chilled drink. Raise a toast to the sauna!
